Delivery Times
We dispatch all orders within 24 hours on business days (Mon-Fri).
Australia - Orders are sent via Australia Parcel Post and require a signature on delivery. You will receive your order within 3 - 10 business days.
International - Orders are sent via Registered Post International. You will receive your order within 3 - 10 business days.
For peace of mind, Registered Post International requires a signature on delivery.
International Duties + Customs
International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties, which may be applied by customs at the destination country, and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.

Return Policy
- We accept returns on all full priced items
- To be eligible for a return, you must notify us by emailing [email protected] within 3 days of receiving the item
- Exchanges are only permitted within 7 days on full priced items
- Exchange / Return postage is the customer's responsibility
- After 7 days, all sales are final
- All returned items must be unused and in original condition. Ketchup Sportive has the right to refuse returns not meeting these requirements
- All full priced item(s) may be returned for a refund if the items are faulty
Return Procedure
- Email [email protected] within 3 days of receiving the item
- Please include your order number and reason for the return. We will then send you a Return Authorization Number.
- Returns must be delivered within 10 business days of notification email
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping charge
- On the package, please include your name, address, phone number, email address, Return Authorization # and which items you are exchanging
- For exchanges, please include a prepaid post bag, for the return of your items/s with your package
- Please send returns via a trackable / insurable method as Ketchup Sportive will not accept responsibility for any returned packages not received

- Your account will be credited within 5 business days of receipt, less original shipping charges. Please note that it may take up to an additional 10 days for the refund to show up on your account statement, depending on your credit issuer's processing time
- Please allow up to 2 weeks for the processing of your exchange from the date we receive your package

Terms of Sale
Payment
You must pay Ketchup Sportive for the Products at the time of placing your order using the Site. We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. You must comply with the terms and conditions of these providers.
If you choose to pay by Visa, MasterCard or Maestro, charging or debiting of your payment card will only be made when you choose to pay for the items you have ordered at the end of the check-out. Prior to this step, your order will not be recorded or processed.

Orders & Price
We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time after receipt of your order, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or after your credit card has been charged. You may not purchase any item from this site for resale. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, we have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account. If your order is declined, you will be notified via email with the reason why.
Prices displayed on this Site are shown in Australian dollars. Prices are subject to change at any time.
Delivery costs will be charged in addition to the price of the Products.
Unless otherwise stated, any clothing shown in any image of Products are not included in the price.
Corrections & Errors
We're only human and therefore reserve the right to correct any errors which appear on the Site and reject any Orders which have been received in connection with such errors.
Ketchup Sportive has the right to refuse or cancel any Orders placed for Products listed at the incorrect price.
